Orders & Shipping

All orders will be processed and shipped as originally placed.

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address. To prevent any shipping delays, please check that the address you have provided at the checkout stage and in the order confirmation email is correct.

Customers are responsible for any additional postage fees for orders that need to be re-shipped due to an invalid address.

Advance & Enthrone is not responsible for packages delivered to mistyped or invalid address. All packages that are returned to us due to an insufficient address will be sent a verification email. Failure to reply within 72 hours will automatically result in order cancellation.

Funds will then be refunded via the original payment method.

Advance & Enthrone is not responsible for unfortunate events such as misplaced, lost or stolen packages, during the time of transit. However, we will do everything we can to help with the issue.

Refunds & Returns

Exchanges are not accepted; we only offer refunds.

Items must be returned within 30 (thirty) days of receiving your order.

To make a return, please fill out both the form provided on your receipt paper copy and the form provided on the website (click here). This is to minimize the risk of delays when we process your return.

Postage/shipping charges will NOT be included in the refund.

Unless the item(s) is deemed faulty and a fault of Advance & Enthrone, the cost of postage will be excluded from any refund.

Items must be unwashed and unworn with all tags/labels still attached.

Returns that are:

  • damaged
  • soiled
  • stained
  • worn
  • altered

Will NOT be accepted/refunded and will be sent back to you.

Packaging that must be in its original condition:

  • Inner draw presentation box. (click here for image example)
  • Paper folder. (click here for image example)
  • Outer mailing box. (click here for image example)

Original mailing bag and tissue paper are an exception. Upon returning to us, the boxed item(s) must be sent within a sealed mailing bag which is to be provided by you; the recipient.

When returning, item(s) must be posted via recorded & signed for service as we will NOT be held responsible for any items that are not returned to us.

Refunds will be processed immediately within 5 (five) working days from the time we receive your item(s).

Damaged / Missing Items

You will have 14 (fourteen) days from receiving your order to report any issues such as missing, damaged or incorrect items. We will not be held responsible for any problems reported after this period.

When reporting these to us, please take photographic evidence of the damages, as we will ask for this to conduct our investigation.

Please note that you will be responsible for paying postage costs associated with your return. If the item(s) is deemed faulty and a fault of Advance & Enthrone, the cost of the original postage fee will be included in your refund.

International Orders & Customs

For international orders, Advance & Enthrone is not responsible for any customs charges.

The customs agency determines duties and taxes within the designated country.

Payment of any duties and taxes is the responsibility of the recipient, and these fees are collected at the time of delivery.

Order Cancellation

Orders can be canceled up until the “processed” stage and before you have been issued a tracking number. After that stage, we are unable to cancel the order, but you can always return the item(s) once you have received them.
